1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.wearemonke.com and to orders you place on it. The seller is Sons & Daughters Ltd (71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) for customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Japan, and VXD INC (Canada), trading as MÖNKE, for customers in all other countries ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.

2. Orders

When you place an order, we email you an order confirmation; the contract is formed when we send it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund anything you have paid in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include any VAT or consumption tax that applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. The risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you name.

5. Returns, cancellation and faulty goods

See our Return and refund policy. You have at least 14 days to cancel your order and return items, and the legal guarantees that apply where you live.

6. Product information

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours and wood grain can look slightly different on screen and vary from piece to piece. Please follow the mounting instructions and use fixings suitable for your wall; check the weight limits given for each product.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for damage caused by incorrect installation or by using a product other than as intended. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

The text, photos and designs on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Our Privacy policy explains how we use your personal information.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
