Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan and the European Union countries listed below. Your order ships from stock held in or near your country, so there are no customs duties or import fees to pay on delivery.

Delivery times
We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery then usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on where you live. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays can happen during holidays or because of the carrier.
If an item is out of stock in your country, the product page says so and shows the expected restock date where we have one.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at support@wearemonke.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can change the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
